Through the trade name 'Headbunny Games' we provide fully licensed printed models and terrain using a variety of 3D printers. We can assist with prototype, marketing items or even replacement parts.
We print high resolution 3D prints (from a custom printing profile) using PLA not resin.
PLA VS Resin
PLA (Polylactic acid) is a bio plastic made from corn starch (or similar organic material). PLA is a great material for wargaming terrain, as it is:
- Lightweight, so easier to carry around with you.
- Tough (PLA terrain is more accommodating to being used and dropped regularly and is not brittle like resin can be).
- Safe and biodegradable (PLA doesn't need cleaning or treating in any way, like some resins can, and in the right conditions can be broken down and composted).
